A major new study shows that cannabis containing microdosed THC can significantly reduce chronic lower-back pain, without the dependency risks of opioids. The THC/CBD combination proved more effective than placebo across several measures. Freedom from the most bothersome symptom at two hours was 60.3% in the THC/CBD group compared to just 34.5% in the placebo group.
